1. Refund Application Conditions

  • If you find quality problems, damaged goods or order errors after receiving the goods, you can apply for a refund.
  • Refund requests must be made within (X) days of receiving the goods.
  • Refund applications are only applicable to unused and unopened goods, and the original packaging must be retained.

2. Refund process

  • Please provide your order number, product photos and refund reason in the refund request form.
  • We will process the refund request within (2-5) working days after receiving it and confirm whether it meets the refund conditions via email.
  • If the refund application is approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method.

3. Partial Refund

  • We may provide a partial refund in the following cases:
    • The item is partially damaged but still usable.
    • Some items are missing from the order and a refund has been processed for the item.

4. Refund amount

  • The refund amount includes the cost of the goods, but does not include the original delivery fee (unless the transportation problem is caused by our fault).
  • If you choose a refund, the return shipping cost of the goods will be borne by you, unless the goods have quality problems or are damaged during transportation.

5. Refund processing time

  • Once the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your payment account within (2-3) business days.
  • The specific refund time may vary depending on the payment method, for example, credit card refunds may take longer.
